炎炎夏日，谁不期待一场清凉的避暑之旅。

7月25日，“夏季避暑旅游目的地”发布会及时递上了一张避暑名单，桂东县、江华瑶族自治县、桑植县、长沙县开慧镇、桃花源风景名胜区、龙窖山风景名胜区、沩山国家级风景名胜区、湖南西瑶绿谷国家森林公园等8处旅游目的地入选。

On July 25, a list of summer resorts was handed over in time to the press conference of "Summer Tourism Destinations".8 tourist destinations were selected, including Guidong County, Jianghua Yao Autonomous County, Sangzhi County, Kaihui Town, Taohuayuan Scenic Spot, Longjiaoshan Scenic Spot, Weishan National Scenic Spot and Xiyao Green Valley National Forest Park.

What are the unique advantages of these places?

根据30年气候整编资料，所有获评单位夏季平均气温均低于28摄氏度，其中桂东县夏季平均气温23.6摄氏度。此外，龙窖山风景名胜区、桑植县、湖南西瑶绿谷国家森林公园负氧离子含量高，空气清新宜人;桂东县、江华瑶族自治县、桃花源风景名胜区水系发达，人体体感舒适;长沙开慧镇则以生态康养和红色旅游资源而闻名。

According to the 30-year climate compilation data, the average summer temperature of all the units evaluated is below 28 degrees Celsius, of which the average summer temperature of Guidong County is 23.6 degrees Celsius. In addition, Longjiaoshan Scenic Spot, Sangzhi County and Xiyao Green Valley National Forest Park have high negative oxygen ion content and fresh and pleasant air; Guidong County, Jianghua Yao Autonomous County and Taohuayuan Scenic Spot have developed water system and comfortable environment; Kaihui Town is famous for its ecological health and red tourism resources.
