翻滚、穿腾、游龙 ……日前举行的第十五届全运会舞龙舞狮比赛选拔赛暨2024湖南省第二届舞龙舞狮锦标赛中，长沙市天心区仰天湖赤岭小学10名“龙狮少年”，在“九人龙”“彩带龙”两个项目中夺得小学组金牌。9月24日，记者来到仰天湖赤岭小学，主教练周荣讲述了“龙狮少年”们背后的故事。

秋高气爽，长沙市天心区仰天湖赤岭小学的体育馆里， 10名孩子正在进行体能训练，备战全运会舞龙比赛。伴随着铿锵鼓点和声声呐喊，孩子们把比赛夺金项目“九人龙”和“彩 带龙”演练了一次又一次。

舞龙舞狮，发源于中国，距今已有 2000多年历史，含有浓厚的中华民族色彩和独特的传统艺术性，2022年，舞龙项目正式纳入教育部《义务教育课程方案和课程标准》。 （ 来源：三湘都市报）

Dragon and lion dance, originated in China, has a history of more than 2,000 years, containing a strong Chinese national colour and unique traditional artistry.
