湖南日报·新湖南客户端10月16日讯（记者 冯宇轩 实习生 黄河 张得力）10月15日下午，2024中国新媒体大会国际传播论坛在湖南长沙盛大开幕，本次论坛汇聚了国内外知名媒体人士、专家学者和出海品牌的代表，还特别邀请了国际嘉宾共同分享，聚焦于“构建更有效力的国际传播体系”。

The International Communication Forum of the 2024 China New Media Conference grandly opened in Changsha, Hunan Province, in the afternoon of October 15th. This forum gathered renowned media professionals, experts, scholars, and representatives of overseas brands from home and abroad, specially invited international guests to share insights, focusing on "Building a More Effective International Communication System " .

来自非洲“金芒果”卫星频道的副总编辑兼首席主持人James White Opoku，介绍了中非媒体深度合作的相关情况。加纳金芒果频道是由湖南广播电视台国际频道和非洲加纳黄金数字电视台合作成立的电视频道，收视覆盖西非和中非23国、近5亿人口。他直言，非洲国家对中国的了解正在逐步加深，仍有许多领域需要进一步沟通与交流。“金芒果”卫星频道不仅致力于传递客观、真实的中国信息，还积极探索将电视购物、电商平台和新媒体推广相结合的创新电商模式，努力打造一个信息交流与互动的电视平台。

James White Opoku, Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Chief Anchor of Africa's "Golden Mango" Satellite TV Channel, introduced current in-depth cooperation between Chinese and African media. Ghana's Golden Mango is a TV channel established through cooperation between the International Channel of Hunan Broadcasting and Television Station and Ghana's Gold Digital TV , with its audience covering 23 countries in West Africa and Central Africa, which boast nearly 500 million people. He frankly stated that while African countries are gradually deepening their understanding of China, further communication and exchanges are still insufficient in various sectors . The "Golden Mango" TV Channel is not only committed to delivering objective and authentic information about China but also devoted to actively exploring an innovative e-commerce model that combines TV shopping, e-commerce platforms, and new media promotion, striving to create a television platform for information exchange and interaction.

在会后的采访中，首次来到湖南的James兴奋地表示，这里的发达交通和便捷生活给他留下了深刻印象。他还透露，自己正在努力学习中文，因为他发现越来越多的非洲青年对中文产生了浓厚兴趣。他认为，这是中非文化交流的重要体现，也为未来双方合作带来了更多可能性。James希望未来能够引进更多中国的先进技术，利用创新的传媒手段，让中国文化在非洲得到更广泛的传播，进一步拉近中非之间的距离。

In an interview after the forum, James, who was visiting Hunan for the first time, excitedly expressed that he was deeply impressed by the developed transportation and convenient life here. He also revealed that he was diligently learning Chinese due to the fact that an increasing number of African youth had developed a keen interest in Chinese.  He believed that this manifested Sino-African cultural exchanges while opening up more possibilities for future cooperation between the two sides. James hoped to spread more advanced Chinese technologies in the future and utilize innovative media means to enable Chinese culture to be more widely introduced in Africa, further closing the distance between China and Africa.
