The 5th "Changsha · China 1024 Programmers' Festival" will be held in Changsha from October 24 to 26.

With the theme of "New Ecology for Intelligent Applications", this year's Programmers' Festival features an array of colorful activities including the Yuelu Dialogue, the Technical Heroes Meeting, more than 10 thematic summits and events, and private sharing sessions. Participants will conduct in-depth discussions in frontier fields such as artificial intelligence, data technology, and robotics and embodied intelligence. An annual feast integrating cutting-edge technologies and an audio-visual delight will be brought to the majority of developers.

Since its inception in 2020, the Yuelu Dialogue has brought together top domestic technical experts and scholars to share technical life, explore cutting-edge technologies, and envision the new future of science and technology. As an iconic event of the "Changsha · China 1024 Programmers' Festival", this year's dialogue event will gather world-leading tech-savvy persons. They will carry out in-depth dialogues and lead the new trend of technological revolution, focusing on themes such as "Robots and Embodied Intelligence" and "Talking About the New Future of Intelligence".

The Technical Heroes Meeting will highlight intelligence and application. The world's top scholars and science and technology experts will be invited to deliver keynote speeches and hold roundtable dialogues. They will also witness important moments such as strategic agreement signing and release of new technologies and new products. Top-notch experts and scholars at home and abroad, enterprise leaders, and pioneers in cutting-edge technologies, will bring thematic forums with rich content to developers.

The festival is guided by the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area Management Committee, and hosted by the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Changsha Information Industrial Park Management Committee, and the Chinese Software Developer Network (CSDN).
