On October 27, the 2024 National Indigenous Boatmen Haozi (Labor Songs) Invitational Showcase was held in Changde City, Hunan Province. More than ten boatmen haozi teams from Shanxi, Shaanxi, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan, and Guizhou provinces participated in the event, which was hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Hunan Provincial People's Government.
