The 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE) opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) on November 5, 2024. More than 1,500 enterprises and 4,500 professional visitors from Hunan have registered to attend. The Hunan Pavilion in the People-to-People Exchanges Exhibition Area covers an area of about 600 square meters. It mainly displays "time-honored" (intangible cultural heritage) products such as Hunan embroidery, porcelain, tea, and liquor, alongside new retail commodities that reflect the unique flavor of Hunan. Twenty-six Hunan enterprises, including the Hunan Embroidery Research Institute, Hunan Daqiuni Ceramics Art Group Co., Ltd., Hunan Tea Group Co., Ltd., Hunan Xiangjiao Alcohol Industry Co. Ltd., Hunan Longping Farm Co., Ltd., and Chayan Yuese participated, showcasing the charm and value of Hunan culture to the world. Themed "New Era, Shared Future," the 7th CIIE attracted a record-high of 3,496 exhibitors from 129 countries and regions around the world, including 297 companies from the Fortune Global Top 500 and leading enterprises in their industries.
