On November 13, Mao Weiming, deputy secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and governor of Hunan Province, made an inspection tour in Loudi City, providing guidance on the city's economic and social development. Mao emphasized the importance of fully implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and earnestly following the plans set forth by the 7th Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Hunan Provincial Committee.
