双语视界丨财神不但真实存在，还可能并不有财！

Do you know who the Gods of Wealth are that people worship on the fifth day of Chunjie? Among diverse deities associated with wealth in Chinese mythology, there are four ones of utmost importance. Zhao Gongming, revered within Taoist tradition, symbolizes prosperity and good fortune. Guan Yu, a general and an inventor of bookkeeping from the Three Kingdoms Period, exemplifies his honesty, loyalty and integrity. Bi Gan, a loyal minister of the Shang Dynasty, sacrificing his heart because of his loyalty and virtuousness, is deemed as having "no selfish intentions" originated literally from "having no heart". Fan Li, a politician at the end of the Spring and Autumn Period, is renowned for his business skills and generosity, earning the title "Saint of Commerce". Interestingly, except for Fan Li, the other three Gods of Wealth were not rich. This shows that in Chinese culture, moral virtues often outweigh material success in the image of the Gods of Wealth.

正月初五拜财神，但你知道财神是谁吗？在中国庞大的财神谱系中，有四位财神非常重要。赵公明——受道教推崇的人物形象，象征招财纳福；关羽——三国时期大将，同时也是记账法的发明者，象征诚信、忠诚和正直；比干——商朝的忠臣，因忠诚和美德牺牲了自己的心脏，其“无心”被附会为“无偏私之心”；范蠡——春秋末年政治家，以善于经营和乐善好施闻名，被誉为“商圣”。有趣的是，除范蠡外，其他三财神并不富有。由此可见，在中国文化中，财神形象的道德色彩胜过财富色彩。
