On February 17, workers debug the shield tunneling machine "No.1 Shuangjing". 

The machine, with an excavation diameter of 4.48 meters, rolled off the production line at the Second Industrial Park of the China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Corporation Limited (CRCHI) in Changsha on the same day. Jointly developed by CRCHI and the Sinohydro Engineering 9th Bureau Co., Ltd., it will be used for the construction of the Tina River Hydropower Development Project of Solomon Islands.
